All bookings require a 25% deposit of the total booking. The following cancellation charges will apply:
48 hours or less notice - One night's tariff per unit will be charged.
Early departures - As above.
We reserve the right to reconsider the availability of a current booking, should you reduce the length of your stay.
Group booking changes must be notified 30 days in advance to receive 100% refund - thereafter at our discretion. Our office closes at 8:30pm. If you are going to be later than this time, please contact us and we can tell you where the key will be for a late check in.
